How to make your box
- Enter the base length, width and wall height.
- Download the SVG or print at 100% scale on sufficiently large card.
- Cut along the solid green outside edges.
- Score and fold along the dashed amber lines.
- Fold up the walls, tuck the shaded tabs inside and glue them to the adjacent walls.
Important sizing notes
This template is for a single-piece open-top tray, not a lidded shipping carton. It assumes thin card or paper; thick corrugated board requires allowance for thickness, kerf and fold behaviour.
The exported SVG uses real millimetre dimensions and includes a 50 mm calibration line. Always test a prototype before cutting expensive material.
